Initial Narrative     V-1 WAS NORTHBOUND ON CENTRAL AVE. VICTIM WAS CROSSING CENTRAL AVE FROM WEST TO EAST ON THE CREST OF A HILL. V-1 TOPPED THE HILL THE DRIVER FAILED TO SEE THE PEDESTRIAN AND STRUCK HIM. VICTIM DIED AT MERCY HOSPITAL AT UNKNOWN TIME. DRIVER OF V-1 WAS WILLIAM MABRY DOB 083056 OF LITTLE ROCK.
