Initial Narrative     VICTIM WAS WORKING ON THE BRAKES UNDERNEATH THE TRAILER WHEN THE VEHICLE BEGAN TO ROLL. THE DRIVER OF V-1 WHO HAD JUMPED DOWN FROM THE TL TO SET THE BRAKES RAN UP TO THE TRUCK AND PULLED ALL THE BRAKES AND TURNED OFF THE ENGINE. THIS INCIDENT IS STILL UNDER INVESTIGATION BY THE SHERIFF'S OFFICE.
