Initial Narrative     V1 WAS TRAVELING IN THE OUTSIDE LANE. V2 WAS TRAVELING NORTHBOUND IN THE OUTSIDE LANE DIRECTLY IN FRONT OF V1. V1 STRUCK THE REAR TRAILER OF V2. AFTER IMPACT V1 TRAVELED NORTHEAST INTO THE EAST DITCH AND V2 CONTINUED NORTHBOUND TO THE SHOULDER. V1 CAME TO FINAL REST FACING NORTHEAST IN THE DITCH AND V2 CAME TO FINAL REST FACING NORTHBOUND ON THE SHOULDER OF U.S. 63.
