Initial Narrative     V1 WAS TRAVELING WESTBOUND ON HWY 16. V1 WENT OFF THE ROADWAY AND STRUCK A SIGN THEN SLID DOWN A STEEP EMBANKMENT AND STRUCK SEVERAL TREES. V1 CAME TO A FINAL REST IN THE WESTBOUND CULVERT ON ITS RIGHT SIDE FACING WEST.
