Initial Narrative     V1 WAS TRAVELING NORTHBOUND ON HWY 63. V1 EXITED THE ROAD INTO THE MEDIAN AND OVERCORRECTED. THEN V1 WENT INTO A DITCH AND STRUCK A TREE. DRIVER PRONOUNCED AT THE SCENE BY CORONER BUTCH DAVIS.
