Initial Narrative     V1 WAS TRAVELING NORTH ON S.H. 7 NEAR GEORGE W. JONES LANE AND CAME UP ON A PEDESTRIAN WALKING IN THE ROADWAY. THE RIGHT FRONT OF V1 STRUCK THE PEDESTRIAN CAUSING THE PEDESTRIAN TO IMPACT THE HOOD AND WINDSHIELD OF V1.
