Initial Narrative     V1 WAS SOUTHBOUND ON HIGHWAY 5. V1 WAS NEGOTIATING A CURVE THEN LOST CONTROL AND RAN OFF THE EAST SIDE OF THE HIGHWAY. THEN V1 STRUCK AN EMBANKMENT. DRIVER WAS PRONOUNCED DEAD AT THE SCENE. KALEB COBB IS 10 YEARS OLD AND ALEXIS COBB IS 9 YEARS OLD.
