Initial Narrative     V1 WAS TRAVELING WESTBOUND ON U.S. HIGHWAY 79 WHEN THE VEHICLE RAN OFF THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE ROADWAY. UPON LEAVING THE ROADWAY V1 THEN BEGAN ROTATING CLOCKWISE AND IMPACTED A TREE.
