Initial Narrative     V1 WAS TRAVELING WESTBOUND ON STATE HIGHWAY 24 NEAR OUACHITA COUNTY ROAD 25. V1 LEFT THE WESTBOUND LANE AND TRAVELED ACROSS THE EASTBOUND LANE WHERE IT ENTERED THE EASTBOUND DITCH AND STRUCK A TREE. AFTER STRIKING THE TREE THE V1 CAUGHT FIRE.
