Initial Narrative     V-1 WAS EASTBOUND ON GRAHAM RD. THE PASSENGER GAVE A STATEMENT THAT THE VEHICLE WAS SPEEDING AND THE DRIVER LOST CONTROL WHILE NEGOTIATING A CURVE. V-1 LEFT THE ROAD AND HIT A TREE. THE VEHICLE THEN CAUGHT FIRE.
