Initial Narrative     V-1 AND V-2 WERE TRAVELING SOUTH ON I-530 IN THE #1 LANE. V-2 LOST CONTROL OF THE VEHICLE AND IMPACTED V-1 IN THE REAR PORTION OF THE VEHICLE. V-2 EXITED THE ROADWAY AND IMPACTED A TREE. V-2 THEN ENGULFED INTO FLAMES. V-1 CAME TO FINAL REST FACING SOUTH ON THE WEST SHOULDER.
