Initial Narrative     V-1 CROSSED THE CENTER LINE OF THE ROADWAY INTO THE EASTBOUND TRAFFIC LANE. THE VEHICLE THEN DROVE OFF THE ROAD TO THE LEFT AND STRUCK A TREE. THE VICTIM WAS PRONOUNCED DECEASED AT THE ACCIDENT SCENE BY VAN BUREN COUNTY CORONER JOE TSOSIE.
