Initial Narrative     V1 WAS TRAVELING SOUTH ON HAZEL VALLEY ROAD. V1 DRIVER WAS NEGOTIATING A RIGHT HAND CURVE TOOK THE CURVE TOO FAST CROSSED INTO THE NORTHBOUND LANE CAUSING THE LOAD TO SHIFT. V1 OVERTURNED IN A DITCH.
