Initial Narrative     V1 WAS TRAVELING ON I540NB 88MM. V1 TRAVELED OFF THE RAMP ON THE LEFT SIDE, LOST CONTROL AND TRAVELED BACK ONTO THE RAMP. V1 OVERTURNED SEVERAL TIMES EJECTING THE DRIVER. MR. MARQUEZ WAS TRANSPORTED TO NORTHWEST HOSPITAL. LATER, MR. MARQUEZ WAS PRONOUNCED DEAD AT 2:12A.M. BY DR. WALKER ON 05/04/08.
