Initial Narrative     PULASKI COUNTY DEPUTY DISCOVERED THE VICTIM LYING IN THE ROADWAY AFTER BEING STRUCK BY A VEHICLE. THE VICTIM WAS TRANSPORTED TO BAPTIST HOSPITAL WHERE HE WAS PRONOUNCED DEAD. THE VEHICLE INVOLVED FLED THE SCENE.
