Initial Narrative     THE VEHICLE LEFT THE ROADWAY IN A CURVE, STRUCK A CULVERT AND OVERTURNED SEVERAL TIMES EJECTING THE DRIVER. THE VICTIM WAS PRONOUNCED DEAD AT THE SCENE OF THE ACCIDENT BY THE CLEVELAND COUNTY CORONERS OFFICE. THE SEATBELT WAS IN USE BUT BROKE DURING THE ACCIDENT.
