Initial Narrative     V1 WAS SOUTHBOUND ON STATE HIGHWAY 27. V1 FAILED TO NEGOTIATE A LEFT CURVE AND PARTIALLY LEFT THE ROADWAY TO THE RIGHT. V1 OVERTURNED AND CAME TO REST ON ITS PASSENGER SIDE IN THE SOUTHBOUND DITCH FACING SOUTH.
