Initial Narrative     V1 WAS TRAVELING NORTHBOUND ON STATE HIGHWAY 15 APPROACHING A SHARP RIGHT CURVE. THE OPERATOR OF V1 FAILED TO NEGOTIATE THE RIGHT CURVE CAUSING V1 TO CONTINUE TRAVELING NORTHBOUND INTO A DITCH. AFTER MISSING THE CURVE V1 BECAME AIRBORNE STRUCK AN EMBANKMENT AND WENT INTO A CREEK. V-1 CAME TO FINAL REST IN THE CREEK FACING NORTH.
