Initial Narrative     V1 WAS TRAVELING WEST BOUND ON THE EAST BOUND GRASSY SHOULDER. V1 STRUCK THE CONCRETE BRIDGE END AT NEWTON CREEK. DRIVER AND PASSENGER WERE THROWN FROM THE VEHICLE. THE PASSENGER SUCCUMBED TO HIS INJURIES AND WAS PRONOUNCED BY DR. CODY C BEIGHT AT 1:16A.M.
