Initial Narrative     V2 CAME TO A STOP IN THE LANE. V1 DID NOT STOP IN TIME AND MADE CONTACT WITH THE REAR OF V2. V1 THEN MADE CONTACT WITH THE SOUTH GUARDRAIL. THE DRIVER OF V1 THEN FELL FROM THE VEHICLE. DRIVER OF V2 WAS NOT INJURED.
