Initial Narrative     V1 WAS TRAVELING NORTHBOUND ON U.S. HIGHWAY 67 N. JUST SOUTH OF U.S. HIGHWAY 171 NEAR GLEN ROSE. THE OPERATOR OF V1 LEFT THE ROADWAY TO THE RIGHT STRIKING A CULVERT CAUSING V1 TO GO AIRBORNE AND FLIP MULTIPLE TIMES. THE OPERATOR OF V1 WAS EJECTED.
