Initial Narrative     V1 WAS TRAVELING SOUTH ON HWY 63 APPROACHING THE INTERSECTION OF 63B WHEN THE DRIVER FAILED TO MAINTAIN CONTROL OF THE VEHICLE. V1 LEFT THE ROADWAY AFTER CROSSING THE NORTHBOUND LANES AND CAME TO REST AFTER STRIKING A CONCRETE PAD.
