Initial Narrative     V-1 WAS SOUTHBOUND ON US 49 WHEN IT RAN OFF THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE ROADWAY. THE VEHICLE STRUCK A ROAD SIGN A TREE AND THEN CAUGHT FIRE. THE DRIVER WAS PRONOUNCED BY THE PHILLIPS COUNTY DEPUTY CORONER TOMMY HUNT AT THE SCENE.
