Initial Narrative     MR. FOX WAS OPERATING V1 RACING ANOTHER MOTORCYCLE ON LAHARPE BLVD. MR. FOX LOST CONTROL OF V1 AND STRUCK A PILLAR OF THE BROADWAY BRIDGE. MR. FOX WAS TRANSPORTED BY MEMS TO UAMS WHERE HE DIED OF HIS INJURIES.
