Initial Narrative     V1 WAS TRAVELING EASTBOUND ON HWY 276 WHEN IT RAN OFF THE LEFT SHOULDER. IT THEN RETURNED TO THE ROADWAY AND OVER TURNED COMING TO REST ON THE SOUTHSIDE OF HWY 276. MR. NORTON WAS EJECTED FROM THE VEHICLE.
