Initial Narrative     V1 WAS TRAVELING EASTBOUND ON INTERSTATE 30 IN THE OUTSIDE LANE. V1 LOST CONTROL AND TRAVELED ACROSS THE MEDIAN. V1 CROSSED OVER BOTH WESTBOUND LANES AND OVERTURNED ONTO ITS SIDE ON THE NORTH ROADSIDE. DRIVER WAS PRONOUNCED AT THE SCENE AT 6:45AM 01/12/12 BY HOT SPRING COUNTY CORONER ERNIE COX.
