Initial Narrative     V1 WAS TRAVELING NORTHBOUND ON STATE HIGHWAY 25. WHILE NEGOTIATING A CURVE TO THE RIGHT V1 CROSSED THE CENTERLINE AND EXITED THE LEFT SIDE OF THE ROADWAY. V1 STRUCK A TRAFFIC SIGN BEFORE COMING TO A FINAL REST.
