Initial Narrative     THE VICTIM WAS LYING IN THE NORTHBOUND LANES OH HWY 167-S WHEN HE WAS HIT BY V-1. THE DRIVER OF V-1 WAS UNABLE TO SEE THE VICTIM UNTIL IT WAS TOO LATE. THE VICTIM WAS PRONOUNCED DEAD AT THE SCENE BY THE GRANT COUNTY CORONERS OFFICE. THE DRIVER OF V-1, LYNN BEACH DOB-05/27/1970, OF HENSLEY ARKANSAS WAS NOT HURT.
