Initial Narrative     V1 CONDUCTED A U-TURN TO TRAVEL NORTH ON STATE HIGHWAY 76. WHILE IN THE NORTHBOUND DITCH V1 OVERTURNED ONTO ITS PASSENGER SIDE. THE PASSENGER OF V1 WAS PARTIALLY EJECTED AND V1 CAME TO REST ON THE PASSENGER.
