Initial Narrative     OPERATOR REYNOLDS WAS EASTBOUND ON HWY 62 NEGOTIATING A LEFT HAND CURVE. OPERATOR REYNOLDS LOST CONTROL CROSSED THE CENTER LINE AND THEN RAN OFF THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE HIGHWAY STRICKING A TREE.
