Initial Narrative     V1 WAS TRAVELING EAST ON HWY 300 AT A HIGH RATE OF SPEED. DRIVER LOST CONTROL IN A RIGHT HAND CURVE AND LEFT THE ROADWAY ON THE NORTHSIDE. THE VEHICLE STRUCK A TREE ON THE DRIVER SIDE AND CAME TO REST. MR. LONG WAS PRONOUNCED DEAD ON SCENE.
