Initial Narrative     V-1 WAS SOUTHBOUND ON KERR STATION RD. THE VICTIM WAS WALKING SOUTH ON THE OUTSIDE EDGE OF THE SOUTHBOUND LANE OF TRAFFIC. DRIVER OF V-1 DID NOT SEE THE PEDESTRIAN AND STRUCK VICTIM WITH THE RIGHT FRONT OF THE VEHICLE.
